Staffan Teste, Bildombudsmannen AB, works as Picture ombudsman for Nordic countries. If you have problem to receive money from a buyer we can help you. We are involved in infringements of pictures owned by small copyright owners to big rights holders and picture agencies. As long as you own the copyright we will help you.
Since 1977 we have helped several hundred copyright owners to receive money from a few thousand crowns to half a million. During late 90-ties we helped 18 picture agencies to receive about one million crowns from a collecting society. We help copyright owners and picture buyers to write fair contracts. We have also helped models to receive what they should and helped people, who have been unlawfully used in advertising.
Teste is also working for BLF the Swedish organisation for photo companies and agencies in Sweden, second largest organisation of that kind in Europe and a member of Cepic.
Staffan Teste has experience in International law in his position as a former member of the board of the European Picture agency organisation Cepic. He has represent Cepic in the World Intellectual Organisation, WIPO and in EU-hearings.
Companies outside Sweden use Bildombudsmannen to help them with their problems in the picture world. Bildombudsmannen represent members of Picscout www.picscout.com on Nordic countries. Staffan Teste is member of an International law discussion group in Cepic. Every year lawyers from that group meet at Cepic conference in Europe.

Jag vet att man "inte får ändra i någons verk" ,men jag känner att folk utnyttjar det emot mig taget ur sitt sammanhang.
Om jag ser en bild på nätet i ett forum för fotokritik, laddar in länken till bilden direkt i ett program som kan ladda från internet. Sedan tex testar jag runt lite i histogram och färger osv för att se hur man kan göra bilden användbar eller bättre. Inget sparas till något lagringsmedia utan jag stänger sedan ner programmet och skriver i forumet tex att "Jag tycker bilden blev bättre efter bla bla bla..".
Inget som är ändrat har sparats eller publicerats någonstans. Men ändå blir jag anklagad för att ha brutit mot reglerna samt att jag kanske rent av är KRIMINELL som inte har frågat först om jag fick ändra i någons verk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Om man inte fick ändra i någons bild på sin egen privata dator i sitt eget privata hem som ingnen annan har tillgång till så skulle ju drivrutiner till grafikkort
varit olagliga, hela konceptet "dator" skulle inte kunna existera.
För att vara på den säkra sidan nu måste jag alltså i det forumet formulera allt hypotetiskt tex "Det skulle kunna bli bättre om man gör si eller så". DÅ är jag enligt dom inte kriminell.

Tack på förhand.. sitter och funderar på om jag kan polisanmäla dom för kränkning för att dom tycker jag kan vara kriminell. Dock har inget direkt påhopp gjrots utan mera subtilt att "Det är faktiskt rent av kriminellt att ändra ifolks bilder".
