Staffan Teste, Bildombudsmannen AB, works as Picture ombudsman for Nordic countries. If you have problem to receive money from a buyer we can help you. We are involved in infringements of pictures owned by small copyright owners to big rights holders and picture agencies. As long as you own the copyright we will help you.
     Since 1977 we have helped several hundred copyright owners to receive money from a few thousand crowns to half a million. During late 90-ties we helped 18 picture agencies to receive about one million crowns from a collecting society. We help copyright owners and picture buyers to write fair contracts. We have also helped models to receive what they should and helped people, who have been unlawfully used in advertising.
     Teste is also working for BLF the Swedish organisation for photo companies and agencies in Sweden, second largest organisation of that kind in Europe and a member of Cepic.
   Staffan Teste has experience in International law in his position as a former member of the board of the European Picture agency organisation Cepic. He has represent Cepic in the World Intellectual Organisation, WIPO and in EU-hearings.
     Companies outside Sweden use Bildombudsmannen to help them with their problems in the picture world. Bildombudsmannen represent members of Picscout www.picscout.com   on Nordic countries. Staffan Teste is member of an International law discussion group in Cepic. Every year lawyers from that group meet at Cepic conference in Europe.

Fotografera på barnkalas

Jag lägger ofta in bilder jag själv tagit i mina album på min facebook sida. Bilder på min familj mm. Jag har sekretess inställningar så de flesta kan bara jag själv se från min egensida eller på några bilder så delar jag dem med mina vänner.
Jag berättade att jag hade bilder från min dotters barnkalas för en vännina och frågade om hon ville se dem eftersom hennes egna barn var med på kalaset. Detta album är låst så bara jag själv kan se bilderna bör tilläggas. Hon blev då väldigt arg och krävde att jag skulle radera bilderna på hennes barn. Jag raderade dem naturligtvis för jag vill inte stöta mig med henne och på de flesta bilder så var bara hennes barn synliga bakifrån och inte kunde identifieras. Jag undrar ändå om hon har rätt att kräva att jag tar bort bilder som jag tagit? Det är ju inga kränkande bilder och det går med svårighet att identifiera barnen på bilderna när de sitter och äter glass. Och ibland så skuggar jag ansikten när jag redigerar för att de inte ska gå att identifiera men hon hävdar att jag ändå inte har rätt att fota hennes barn. Är det verkligen olagligt att fota barn på ett barnkalas?

Det finns inget förbund mot att fotografera barn. Det du bör tänka på är att fotografierna inte får användas kommersiellt utan barnets och målsmans samtycke. Som du skriver får fotografierna eller publiceringen inte vara kränkande. Publiceringar på Internet omfattas av personuppgiftslagen.
